Orthopedic Insoles

Orthotic Therapy

This form of therapy involves relieving anatomical structures from pai, allowing them to recover if there's an injury. It can help with joint pain, injuries and alignment abnormalities. Prices can range depending on the prescription needed, however this will be discussed and the patient is at the centre of their own management.

Ankle Measurement

Biomechanical Assessment

Biomechanical assessment allows the podiatrist to look at how your body moves, and how your lower limbs function in relation to the presenting problem. This can be done by performing a range of painless tests looking at range of motion in joints, muscle strength, trigger points. Combining the tests with a thorough medical history will determine what can be done to relieve and resolve pain. Each appointment slot is 40 minutes.

Child Physiotherapy

Taping & Acupressure

Low-dye and high-dye taping to provide a feeling of support to areas of injury, pain or weakness. It can be combined with Acupuncture and/or Acupressure to help the muscles release tension and function with less pain.

Baby's Feet

Verruca Treatment

Verruca are caused by a viral infection common to the soles of the foot. They can be caught in swimming pools, shared bathrooms and areas where bare feet can be exposed. We reduce the thickness of the skin, apply salicylic acid and cover up the lesion. This is done once a week for multiple sessions, depending on how well the verruca responds.

Acupuncture close up

Lower Limb Acupuncture

This involves inserting very fine needles into areas of pain caused by inflammation, nerve damage or injury. Each session takes 40 minutes on average and is done once a week for a few weeks, depending on how the body responds (some may take longer than others).
